Кратко изложена история работы в институте с молодыми учеными и специалистами со времен А.Н. Костякова по сегодняшний день. Описаны основные этапы развития Совета молодых ученых в различные временные периоды, направленность его деятельности, задачи и перспективы.
The article deals with the problems of human resources development in the scientific and meliorative spheres of activity. The history of work at the Institute with young scientists and specialists from the time of A.N. Kostyakov to the present time is briefly described. The main stages of development of the Council of young scientists in different time periods, the focus of its activities, tasks and prospects are described.
